By now you’ve read dozens of stores we’ve broken about Montgomery County Schools and Title IX compliance.
Turns out, though? Joshua Powell and crew still aren’t in compliance with the federal Office of Civil Rights.
Check out this email from earlier in the month:
It is my understanding that the letter was not issued in early November as originally expected; more data is needed from the District. OCR anticipates receiving the remaining data by December 19, and we will issue our letter shortly thereafter.
